xperience Squirrel House Gardens, a St. Catharines bed and breakfast, self-catering accommodation in a historical farm restoration. Indulge yourself in a luxury barn holiday with your own private romantic suite.
Located in St. Catharines, in the heart of Niagara’s wine country, just minutes away from several major attractions.
Experience the sweetness of hundreds of spring bulbs, budding peonies, cavorting bunnies, birds singing; all in a Canadian version of an English garden which we describe as organized chaos.

This garden seems to comfort and nurture. Visitors sometimes find this garden a welcome chance to do some gardening. It is not unusual to find someone deadheading spent roses. No, we promise not to put you to work; it just seems to happen.
The stresses of city life disappear while enjoying yourself in this hidden sanctuary. Sit in the shade of your own private balcony, or bask in the sunshine by the pool. Squirrel House Gardens is a nature preserve in the making, so do bring binoculars. We do have a pair available if needed. (Bring proper Wellington boots if you enjoy walks in untamed woods.)
For visitors, outside of guests staying, wishing to visit, get away and celebrate spring with a visit to Squirrel House Gardens.
Garden tours are available for $10.00 per person. To avoid disappointment, advance notice is best. Bring comfortable shoes. If you are interested in some garden mentoring, or local garden tours please enquire. Also, with the new interest in working garden holidays, please enquire.
