Check in time between 2 pm and 6 pm, arrival after 2 pm by prior arrangement.
Property rental deposit of 50% required at time of booking, balance is due upon arrival in cash or travelers cheque.
Credit card imprint required for damages. This will be returned upon departure.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation, we require at least 21 days notice, or your deposit will be made non-refundable unless we are able to rebook with another guest.
